Pushpay: App Analytics Redesign

Dashboard Analytics redesign from customer feedback
User Tested Pilot + customer testing sessions
Prioritised Insights categorised and triaged
Actionable Metrics users can act on

Design Challenge

The existing analytics dashboard was very limited. Users complained about missing data and inaccurate metrics on app audience and engagement. The team decided to provide metrics granular enough for customers to be actionable and help them define their content strategy.

User Needs & Ideation

PM and I synthesised customer and CS team feedback. We categorised insights, prioritised them, and dropped non-essential ones for this first phase. We sketched design ideas to quickly iterate solutions.

User Testing

We ran pilot sessions with the CS team first and iterated the prototype. Then we tested with recruited customers. Since the plan was to migrate analytics to a totally new platform, learning how users would react was crucial. Users loved the new pages because they could learn more about their app users and make decisions based on accurate insights.
